Beautiful & delicious!

These cookies check all the boxes! Not only do they have a fun shape and taste great, but they also have simple, minimal ingredients, and they have the perfect chewy/soft texture. I appreciate that there’s an option that’s both gluten-free and egg-free— I would love if there were more! The vegan matcha apple flavor that was available over the holidays was absolutely amazing and I hope it makes a comeback soon!
